Before moving to Florida I was a bookkeeper at a construction supply company where I learned the ins and outs of QuickBooks Desktop.  I expanded my knowledge of Financial Statements including, Balance Sheets and Profit and Loss statements.  I worked daily in QuickBooks to preform daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly tasks.

Prior to working as a bookkeeper I worked at a local community bank where I specialized in retail banking.  I assisted customers with opening and closing personal and business accounts, balanced their checkbooks, and helped customers with their Individual Retirement Accounts.

I moved up in the company and became a Retail Operations Support Specialist where I took on the role of supporting those on the retail side of banking, including those in supervisor positions, individuals opening accounts, and tellers for the bank.  I familiarized myself with the programs and knew them inside out.  I implemented and trained other employees on new systems, and I wrote policies and procedures that were outlined in simple to follow directions.

I am blessed with a supportive husband and am a mom to three beautiful children.  I grew up in Idaho and now live in sunny Florida.
